Depending on your project, that can include contacting your previous publisher, requesting delisting and available files, preparing your manuscript and cover, organizing book details, and guiding account setup and submission.

Generally, yes—if you hold the necessary publishing rights or those rights have reverted to you. A non-exclusive agreement may allow you to publish elsewhere, but paying a publishing company does not automatically make your contract non-exclusive. We start by identifying the agreement, files, and rights documentation needed for your move to Amazon KDP.
